He also repeated manipulative narratives about the \u201cdiscrimination of russian speakers\u201d and \u201cNATO threats\u201d \u2014 classic justifications russia uses for its armed aggression against Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Instead of accepting the full and comprehensive ceasefire proposed by the U.S. and supported by Ukraine as a first step toward peace, the kremlin continues pushing absurd propaganda about \u201cdenazification\u201d and the \u201croot causes of the war,\u201d while presenting Ukraine and its partners with deliberately unacceptable conditions. Once again, moscow proves it is not interested in peace.
