Propagandists present this as an example of \u201cchild heroism.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f But the entire media narrative raises a simple, logical question: how did it come to be that the main city of a major industrial region has no water?<\/p>\n<p>The humanitarian crisis \u2014 including the ongoing water shortages \u2014 is a direct consequence of the occupation of Donetsk and the war.
