There is no resolution on the Verkhovna Rada website regarding a 24,000 UAH one-time payment to Ukrainians who stayed in Ukraine after the full-scale invasion began.<\/p>\n<p>The video authors deliberately forged the design of the Verkhovna Rada website to make their fake more convincing.
