There is also no connection in kurgan, omsk, altai krai, rostov-on-don, tatarstan, and other regions. Due to communication issues, taxi services and ATMs are not functioning properly.<\/p>\n<p>Mobile internet in russia began to be &#8220;temporarily&#8221; disconnected ahead of &#8220;victory day.&#8221; However, the scale of these outages has only increased over the last month.<\/p>\n<p>In reality, the systematic shutdown of mobile internet is one of the measures to restrict citizens&#8217; freedoms and enhance state control over russians.
