According to rosstat, in 2025, potatoes in russia rose by more than 280%, onions by 87%, cabbage by 56%, and so on. To stop the price increase of potatoes, russian government had previously purchased them from China, belarus, and Mongolia.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, russian propaganda is trying to explain the sky-high prices for vegetables as a result of temporary unfavorable conditions and seasonal fluctuations.
