But the real purpose of this forum is propaganda.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f The main task of such events is to create the illusion that russia is a technological leader in the world.<\/p>\n<p>The kremlin is also trying to take advantage of African states&#8217; need for digital development to impose the services of its own companies, which should make them dependent on russia.
