In fact, universities in the sverdlovsk region openly admit that these measures are aimed at fulfilling putin\u2019s \u201cassignment\u201d to recruit contract soldiers.<\/p>\n<p>Students who sign contracts are promised an academic leave instead of expulsion, clearance of academic debts, and six months of \u201crest\u201d which includes medical treatment after completing their military service.
