Attempts to access the site display a message citing a government decree restricting platforms that disseminate content promoting violence, war, hatred, and terrorism.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f Even countries traditionally seen as within russia\u2019s sphere of influence are becoming increasingly aware of the threats posed by moscow. As a result, they are placing greater emphasis on information security and countering ru-propaganda. Recently, Uzbekistan also declined deeper economic integration with russia by announcing its decision not to join the Eurasian Economic Union, where russia plays a dominant role.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, there is a systematic closure of branches of \u201crossotrudnichestvo\u201d \u2014 a russian state body that promotes kremlin interests abroad under the guise of cultural exchange.
