On April 11, Andrii Kovalenko, Head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and officer of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, took part in the 3rd International scientific and practical conference \u201cThe practice of strategic communications in wartime,\u201d organized by the National Academy of the State Security Service of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
During the panel discussion \u201cNational and international experience in implementing strategic communications under conditions of russian aggression,\u201d the Head of the Center spoke about the role of artificial intelligence technologies in defensive and offensive information operations.<\/p>\n
According to him, over the past three years, the informational perception of the war has changed, and artificial intelligence has become the foundation of hostile information operations. In the future, those who create better AI products and use them effectively will have the upper hand in the information confrontation.<\/p>\n
