The main host of the YouTube project \u201cIspanskiy Styd\u201d (Spanish Shame) is Svitlana Shevchuk (Um\u0456nska), known under the pseudonym Lana Shevchuk. She previously worked for the Ukrainian sanctioned TV channels \u201cNewsOne\u201d and \u201cNASH\u201d, which were linked to yevhen murayev, a suspect in high treason, and also hosted the YouTube project \u201cLana tut!\u201d<\/p>\n
The \u201cIspanskiy Styd\u201d channel is newly created and is currently building its audience. The format of the channel consists of livestreams featuring guest speakers, most of whom previously appeared regularly on the sanctioned TV networks affiliated with yevhen murayev and viktor medvedchuk.<\/p>\n
Despite its declared analytical format, a significant portion of the channel\u2019s content contains narratives that may echo russian propaganda. While criticizing the situation in Ukraine, the channel\u2019s hosts use vague wording and subjective assessments of the Ukrainian government \u2014 a tactic that can be exploited in the information war against Ukraine.<\/p>\n
