The list includes 11 individuals involved in organizing and executing propaganda and information influence operations against Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Among those listed: boris korchevnikov, general director and executive producer of the Spas TV channel; Andrey Medvedev, member of the \u201cspecial military operation\u201d working group established by putin\u2019s decree, deputy chairman of the moscow city duma and deputy director general of VGTRK; boris yanovsky, executive producer of the Zvezda channel; ekaterina andreeva, host on russian television channels; vitaly averyanov, founder of putin\u2019s Izborsky club; vladimir bortko, film director; russian war correspondents yuriy kotenok and denis kulaga; and others.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0fThe \u201ckremlin\u2019s Mouthpieces\u201d section on the War &amp; Sanctions <a href=\"https:\/\/war-sanctions.gur.gov.ua\/en\/propaganda\/persons\">portal<\/a> includes a list of russian propagandists and media executives who justify the war against Ukraine, spread hate, and glorify war criminals.
