Out of 360 high-rise buildings that were torn down, only 71 have been rebuilt by russians.<\/p>\n<p>Mariupol residents are forced to record video appeals to the russian authorities, asking to have their destroyed homes returned. However, the occupation regime ignores the real problems of the people living in the territories seized by russia.
