As a result of a 40% salary reduction, over a hundred medical workers in kuzbass were forced to resign.<\/p>\n<p>There is also a shortage of funds for medical staff in the budgets of krasnoyarsk krai and tatarstan. Additionally, last year, at least 160 state hospitals were closed across russia. This has turned the issue of medical personnel shortages into a systemic problem.<\/p>\n<p>In russia\u2019s 2025 budget, healthcare funding is 7.5 times lower than military spending on the war against Ukraine.
