As part of this initiative, russia plans to establish collaboration centers with African bloggers, expand its russian television network in Africa, support African \u201cOrthodox bloggers,\u201d and create religious content targeted at African audiences.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, ru-propaganda actively exploits anti-colonial rhetoric, attempting to portray russia as a country with a \u201cnoble mission to end information colonialism in Africa.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In reality, this rhetoric serves a single purpose\u2014to expand russia\u2019s influence over the continent in a fully neo-colonial manner.
