If in 2022, there were 2.6 million vacancies with the requirement of mandatory computer proficiency, then by the end of 2024, there will be 1.7 million such vacancies.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the labour shortage in Russia caused by the war, employers are becoming less demanding. Moreover, this trend indicates new economic demands in the Russian Federation labour market.<\/p>\n<p>This picture is complemented by the recent statements of the russian dictator volodymyr putin regarding the increased demand for secondary specialised education.
