Their accusations rely solely on the &#8220;confession&#8221; of a Ukrainian prisoner of war, who may have been tortured or threatened with execution.<\/p>\n<p>This false narrative is part of Russia\u2019s ongoing disinformation campaign about \u201cUkrainian Armed Forces atrocities in the Kursk region.\u201d In this way, ru-propaganda is trying to create a \u201cRussian Bucha\u201d out of the Ruske Porichne, aiming to drown out reports of actual war crimes committed by the Russian army.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike these Russian propaganda fakes, Russian war crimes have been documented by international organizations.
