With such statements, Russia is once again attempting to shift the responsibility for its crimes onto Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>This is a typical technique of Russian propaganda. Through its manipulations, the enemy seeks to create an information background that the shelling is the result of Ukraine&#8217;s actions.
