State institutions and agencies were involved in organizing these events, such as the Russian Embassy in France, the organizations \u201cRosconcert\u201d and \u201cRoskino,\u201d and the \u201cSpiritual and Cultural Center\u201d of the Russian Orthodox Church in Paris. The events also featured Russian artists who, in violation of Ukrainian law, performed in occupied Crimea and expressed \u201cgratitude to the Russian army\u201d alongside slogans supporting Kremlin policies.<\/p>\n
The Russian Federation systematically uses \u201ccultural projects\u201d as a tool to influence public opinion in France.
