Compared to 2021, Russian steel exports have nearly halved in monetary terms.<\/p>\n<p>There has also been a significant reduction in domestic steel consumption within Russia. In October this year, a drop of 11% was recorded. This decline in domestic consumption is not compensated by the work of the military-industrial complex.<\/p>\n<p>All of this is happening amid crises in other sectors of the Russian economy and the continued devaluation of the ruble.
