The propagandists promote the benefits of these examinations for disease prevention, offering services such as free check-ups, blood pressure monitoring, ECG, as well as blood and urine tests. They claim these are available every three years for individuals under 39 and annually for those over 40.<\/p>\n
These free medical examinations are part of an effort to create the illusion of care from the occupiers for the residents of Ukraine\u2019s TOT, many of whom have lost their homes, health, and livelihoods due to russian actions.<\/p>\n
In reality, these so-called free medical services serve as a means of total surveillance and control over the population in the TOT.
