Such actions by the occupiers violate the Geneva Conventions and constitute a war crime under international law.<\/p>\n<p>The earlier promises by the kremlin-appointed governor of the Zaporizhzhia region, yevhen balytskyi, that no one in the occupied region would be mobilized for \u201cat least five years\u201d have proven false.
