The Resilience Plan consists of 10 points: Unity, Front, Weapons, Money, Energy, Security, Communities, Human resources, Cultural sovereignty, and the Heroes\u2019 policy.<\/p>\n
\u201cUnity\u201d is indispensable for achieving the necessary results of Ukraine’s Victory Plan. We are not compromising Ukraine’s sovereignty, security, or future. We will not relinquish our rights to our territory.<\/p>\n
\u201cFront\u201d involves a change in the approach to managing personnel in the Defense and Security Forces of Ukraine. This includes increased direct funding for brigades, the appointment of a military ombudsman, and a new system of service contracts in the Armed Forces of Ukraine for citizens below the mobilization age. There will be no lowering of the mobilization age.<\/p>\n
\u201cWeapons\u201d focuses on staying ahead of russia in technology and implementing a format of a technological objective. Increasing the domestic production of guns, artillery shells, drones, cruise missiles, and drone missiles.<\/p>\n
\u201cMoney\u201d introduces a new economic policy aimed at maximizing support for Ukrainian entrepreneurship, ensuring business security, reducing pressure on businesses, and fostering honesty in state-business relations.<\/p>\n
\u201cEnergy\u201d refers to adapting to the constant threat of russian terror through all forms of protection.<\/p>\n
\u201cSecurity\u201d refers to a new system of internal security at the national level: a safe region, a safe city, a safe community.<\/p>\n
\u201cCommunities\u201d emphasizes considering the interests of each community through the Congress of local and regional authorities.<\/p>\n
\u201cHuman resources\u201d highlights state respect for every individual among our millions of people.<\/p>\n
\u201cCultural sovereignty\u201d focuses on updating Ukrainian cultural policy, systematically supporting Ukrainian content, cultural diplomacy abroad, and similar initiatives.<\/p>\n
