He repeatedly claimed that the West is allegedly ready to negotiate with russia and reach a &#8220;tie,&#8221; while framing Ukraine\u2019s leadership as the obstacle to peace talks.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f russian foreign minister sergei lavrov, in turn, adopted a harsher tone, calling Ukraine\u2019s peace plan a &#8220;dead end&#8221; and arguing that the so-called &#8220;tie&#8221; mentioned by lukashenko &#8220;cannot reliably secure the interests of each side,&#8221; while reiterating kremlin ultimatums.<\/p>\n<p>This rhetoric aims to create the illusion of russia\u2019s supposed willingness to negotiate, while subtly advancing the narrative that peace can only be achieved on kremlin terms.
