They particularly promote the Global Security Initiative (GSI), emphasizing China\u2019s peace proposals for resolving the war in Ukraine and its &#8220;shuttle diplomacy&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f Chinese publications also echo russian narratives, blaming the West for the war in Ukraine and advocating for the creation of a &#8220;fairer&#8221; multipolar world.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f Anti-American sentiments remain prevalent in Chinese media. One dominant narrative is that the U.S. instigated the Ukraine-russia conflict to serve American business interests.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ab\ufe0f President Volodymyr Zelenskyy\u2019s visit to the United States and his participation in a UN Security Council meeting have not been heavily covered in China.
