In a context where information attacks are becoming an integral part of hybrid warfare, such cooperation is critical.<\/p>\n
\u25ab\ufe0f A. Kovalenko emphasized the urgent need to modernize the legislation of Western countries to clearly distinguish between two polar definitions: freedom of speech and disinformation.
