The Center for Countering Disinformation continues to monitor the russian information space and identify new fakes and manipulations regarding events in the kursk region, spread by enemy propaganda.<\/p>\n
The CCD has recorded another wave of disinformation publications on the following topics:<\/p>\n
\u25fd\ufe0f \u00abMining of the kursk NPP\u00bb. In an attempt to discredit Ukraine, propagandists are spreading disinformation, claiming that Ukrainian military personnel have been ordered to break into the kursk NPP, plant explosives, and then detonate them remotely, blaming russia for the incident. Additionally, russians allege that NATO specialists are involved in preparing the sabotage at the kursk NPP.<\/p>\n
\u25fd\ufe0f \u00abChildren’s blood for wounded soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine\u00bb. A fake story is being spread that military commanders in the Vinnytsia region have ordered the collection of children’s blood to treat wounded Ukrainian soldiers in the kursk region. However, the photos of donors waiting in line that accompany the post show no children.<\/p>\n
\u25fd\ufe0f \u00abShooting of a car\u00bb. Another story has surfaced about the alleged shooting of a civilian car by Ukrainian soldiers. This time, ru-propagandists claim the deaths of a man and a child, without providing any details about the location or time of the incident.
