report \u00abRUSSIAN INFORMATION INFLUENCE IN AFRICA\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Center for Countering Disinformation has identified the main russian information influence campaigns in Africa, the narratives being promoted, and the key individuals on the continent subordinated to the kremlin&#8217;s propaganda machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is analysed English-, French- and Arabic-language news materials of African and russian media for the period from 24.02.2022 to 06.09.2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the main russian information influence campaigns in Africa: \u00abrussia contributes to global food security and is a reliable trading partner of Africa\u00bb, \u00abThe West is a coloniser and imperialist\u00bb, \u00abThe West provoked russia`s war and continues to foment it\u00bb, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The report analyses in detail the tools used by russia to promote its narratives and provides solid conclusions about the aggressor country&#8217;s information campaigns on the African continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
