putin’s accusations against Ukraine of “state terrorism” are yet another attempt by the russian dictator to shift responsibility for his own crimes onto the victim of aggression.

▫️ Such accusations from the leader of a state that has long effectively acted as a terrorist organization are deeply cynical. The state that started this war, terrorizes Ukrainian civilians every day, and destroys cities is once again trying to portray itself as the “victim.”
